other things you could know!

started in april or mayish 2006 when Nathan exchanged mix CDs with Chase Spivey.  The two recorded little bits and pieces of sound over some old recordings nathan had brought with him on his trek from omaha a year or so earlier.  eventually this dream expanded in nathan's hazy head and the idea of performing live was introduced, along with friends named zach hollandsworth and johnny thomas, who hit strings and drums but not in that order.  this dream

of playing live came to fruition at the electric chair art gallery campaign for real music.  and since then, the band has been recording and playing lazily at occasional live events.
in 2007, around may or june or so the band released their first bit of recording, a six song ep of mildly interesting toons that was self titled.  the artwork was gorgussssssly done by amanda weathers bradway.  Shortly after this and a strange show opening for casiotone for the painfully alone, m. spivey, hollandsworth and thomas all went on to pursue other projects, with no ill will in place for it.  Nathan stayed on board with his dream of someday rocking a state fair somewhere, and recruited one Jeremy Cooper, one Dan Hoganson, one Scott Mellgren and one Tiffany Criswell, lots of keys and guitars and drums this time.
they released, we reallly released, we they released a little tiny single by the title of Instant Killer Spirit and many people agreed that the three song disc sounded pretty nice.  They are currently playing many live shows and trying to sell these two recordings though they often just give them away....and planning to record something else sometime soon.  Dan Hoganson left to pursue music with Captain Eyeball with no ill will in place, and Ben Lindesmith is acting as temp drummer as well as perm producer of music.
